How NAVOQ protects your digital assets
NAVOQ is a non-custodial wallet. Your private keys and 12/24-word recovery phrase are generated and encrypted on your own device and never transmitted to NAVOQ. You hold your keys — so you hold your value. NAVOQ never has access to your funds and cannot move them on your behalf.
Your private keys and recovery phrase are generated locally on your device and encrypted with your password or biometrics. Keys never leave your device in plaintext, and NAVOQ never holds or transmits them.
NAVOQ supports biometric lock (Face ID, fingerprint) and a 6-digit PIN as a fallback. Your authentication data never leaves your device.
Every transaction is previewed before signing. NAVOQ performs real-time risk scoring, address validation, and scam detection on all outgoing transactions.
NAVOQ undergoes regular third-party security audits. Penetration testing, code reviews, and infrastructure assessments are conducted quarterly.
Restore access with your own 12/24-word recovery phrase, kept encrypted on your device. If you lose your device, your verified email and identity verification with support act as a secondary fallback — NAVOQ never holds your keys.
