AML Policy

NAVOQ is committed to preventing money laundering, terrorist financing, and other financial crime. While NAVOQ is a non-custodial wallet and does not hold customer funds, we maintain this policy to outline our principles and the controls applied to the regulated services we facilitate.

This policy applies to NAVOQ’s operations and to the third-party fiat on-ramp, off-ramp, and exchange partners integrated within the app. Those partners are independently regulated and perform their own customer due diligence.

NAVOQ itself does not require KYC to create a self-custody wallet. However, when you buy, sell, or convert crypto through an integrated regulated provider, that provider may require identity verification in accordance with applicable law before processing your transaction.

• Screening of integrated partners against sanctions and watchlists.
• Transaction risk indicators for on-ramp and off-ramp flows handled by partners.
• Address risk-screening tools to flag interactions with known illicit addresses.
• Geographic restrictions where required by law.

NAVOQ does not knowingly provide services to individuals or entities subject to applicable sanctions, or to users located in comprehensively sanctioned jurisdictions. Access may be restricted to comply with these obligations.

Using NAVOQ or its integrated services for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in restriction of access to certain features and reporting to relevant authorities.

Where legally required, NAVOQ and its partners will cooperate with law enforcement and regulators, including filing suspicious activity reports relating to the regulated services they operate.
